قال في حوار مع قناة دجلة، إن "حراك تشرين قام بقتل أفراد من الجيش".
الحقيقة:
✅ ادعاء غير دقيق، لأن الجيش العراقي لم يعلن مقتل أي من عناصره خلال احتجاجات تشرين، خصوصا وأن المتحدث كان يشير الى مجزرة جسر الزيتون في الناصرية بمحافظة ذي قار، وكان يتحدث عن رد المتظاهرين على المجزرة، لكن لم يكن هناك أي رد مسلح، إنما كانت هناك موجة احتجاجات غاضبة، رافقها رشق بالحجارة، لم تتسبب بمقتل أي عسكري.
✅ المفوضية العليا لحقوق الإنسان العراقية أصدرت تقريرها السنوي لعام 2019 عن التظاهرات في العراق، ولم تسجل مقتل أي من العناصر الأمنية خلال الاحتجاجات.
