تداولت صفحات وحسابات عبر فيسبوك مقاطع فيديو وصورا لاحتراق برج خليفة في دبي بدولة الإمارات، حيث تم التعليق عليه بأنه هجوم للحوثيين على الإمارات.
الحقيقة:
بالبحث العكسي عن الصور والفيديو، تبين أنها تعود الى حريق نشب في فندق العنوان ليلة رأس السنة الميلادية من العام 2016.
جاء النشر بالتزامن مع الهجوم على مقر شركة أرامكو النفطية في السعودية ليلة البارحة، كما نشرته صفحة رياضية مطالبة بنقل مباريات الإمارات في تصفيات كأس العالم خارج الإمارات لتعرضها للقصف.
