الحقيقة:
ادعاء غير دقيق، لأن المقتول لم يكن محكوما، بل هو موقوف على ذمة التحقيق، ومتهم بالمادة 4 إرهاب، وليس محكوما بالإرهاب.
وأصدرت شرطة الموصل، بيانا يوضح فيه تفاصيل الحادث، إذ ذكر البيان أنه موقوف وفق المادة 4/1 إرهاب على ذمة مديرية استخبارات ومكافحة ارهاب نينوى، واقتيد لمحكمة الجنايات الأولى في الموصل، وأن الجاني الذي قتله يدعى بسمان حسن شرابي النمراوي، وأطلق عليه الرصاص بواسطة مسدس 9 ملم، بسبب ثأر عشائري.
